Payment schedule:

Initial Payment Due December 5th 

All monthly payments are due by the 1st of that Month.  Please remember to ask about a receipt.

** - Please Note that Total Cost does include the Initial Cost Uniform Package.

1. Payment are due every 1st of the month. All check payments must be written to Azone Volleyball Club

2. There is a $15.00 late fee 10 days pass the due  date

3. We accept Cash/Check/ and Debit/Credit Cards with a processing fee

4. An additional $35.00 fee for all NSF checks
